Customers scan your QR code, which opens a WhatsApp chat with your store. They browse your smart menu on WhatsApp, add items using interactive buttons, and order without ever leaving the chat.

What is a QR code menu?

A QR code menu is a printed code customers scan with their phone camera. It instantly opens your smart menu on WhatsApp, so there's no printed menu to reprint and no waiter needed to take the order.

Do customers need to download an app to order?

No. Unlike event ordering apps that customers have to install before every festival or market, ordering happens entirely inside WhatsApp, which they already have installed. There is nothing extra to download or sign up for.
